The working head with milling and drilling functions can realize 5-side processing on profile.All processing work can be done on one machined surface with just one time clamping, so the efficiency is high.
High quality computer-aided numerical control system(CNC) with good operating interface, graphic programming interface and graphic modeling interface through which you can realize that what you see on the screen is just what you want in need.

The nucleus of the control system adopts original American-made multi-shaft controller, so as to ensure the high precision and reliability.
High power and high speed water cooling spindle is used on working head.
With high quality AC servo motors, high precision leading screws, linear guide ways and bearings, all machining precisions are highly ensured.
Two revolving work-table can be revolved from +90¡ª¡ª0¡ª¡ª-90 so that the machining center can process two different sides on profiles.
Equipped with 6 x 2 service position tool-magazines, holding tools standing-by for its working head.Any of the tools can be changed automatically whenever required.

The safety cabins used on the heads protect the operator from getting injured.
Double positioning and clamping system is adopted.
The cooling spray system for cooling the cutters.
With two mobile scraps collecting tanks.
